Roger Rich
Head Pastor
Pastor Roger and his wife, Kathryn, grew up and met at Redland Baptist church in Montgomery County. As the son of a pastor, Roger has a passion for the gospel and helping each person take the NEXT STEP in knowing and living a Christ like life. Roger and Kathryn have 3 adult children who are married to three wonderful godly individuals and have been blessed with 9 grandchildren. Pastor Roger is bi-vocational and serves as a High School Assistant Principal for Frederick County Public Schools.
Mike Rich
Associate Pastor
Pastor Mike and his wife Carleigh grew up in Frederick County and met in high school. Pastor Mike is passionate about the Word of God and helping others know and live for Christ. Mike and Carleigh have been blessed with two wonderful children. Pastor Mike is uniquely positioned to serve the youth in our community as he is bi-vocational serving as a high school teacher and football coach.
